ORDERS & SHIPPING

We have the following shipping options available:

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

 

FREE standard shipping for orders over $150.00

Flat rate standard shipping of $10.00 for orders under $150.00

 

Standard shipping is 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. Delivery via standard post to WA, NT, TAS and rural suburbs can take between 7-10 business days to be delivered.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

 

EXPRESS shipping and priority processing $25.00 1 to 4 business days. Priority processing includes express turnaround of monogramming and shipping within 24 hours.

 

Please note all our domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post, Fastway and DHL and have full tracking.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your online purchase in original, unworn condition within 14 days from purchase date *excludes gift cards, e-gift card, final sale, personalised items. Also excludes hampers, bodysuits and knickers unless there is a manufacturing defect. Item's that have been previously exchanged are entitled to a store credit.

 

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from online in store as we operate as separate entities.

 

HOW TO RETURN?

We understand that there are times you need to return an item. Please complete and submit the above form and our customer service team will reach out to provide a RA number.

 

You will be able to choose an exchange if you wish to change size or a full refund (the return shipping label will cost you a flat fee of $9.90) or a store credit to place an order in the future.

 

Slippers - Qualify for a refund or store credit if unworn and sole undamaged. Personalised slippers do not qualify for a refund or store credit.

 

Hampers - Please note Homebodii does not accept refunds on hampers. For clothing items, Homebodii can offer store credit or exchange should the item not fit, as long as it hasn't been personalised. Personalised goods are not available for exchange or refund

 

For in-store purchases - Homebodii stores do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Our in store returns policy is 7 days, whereby we will exchange or issue a store credit upon presentation of a receipt. Garments must be unworn, not personalised and in their original condition, with tags attached. Slippers must be unworn and in their original packaging. We will not accept slippers with sole markings or scratches.

 

Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale merchandise unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. All purchases on lingerie and jewelery are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for jewellery unless deemed faulty by our team.​
