Exchange & Refund Policy

At Homebodii we stand behind our products and value our customer's satisfaction. Depending on the reason for the return, we can offer an exchange or refund within 7 business days of delivery. Items must be returned within this 7 day window at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGE
Homebodii understands that different styles suit different body types. If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, our stylist team will happily help to find a size and/or style to suit you.

  • We allow 14 business days from date of delivery (for both Australian and International orders) for items to be returned back to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Personalised or custom-made items are not available for exchange or refund. 
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed.

All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the issued order number must be provided.

Sale items discounted by 50% or more are final sale only and do not qualify for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

 

REFUND

Homebodii understands that in some situations a refund may be preferred. Please contact our stylist team to organise a refund where relevant.

  • We allow 7 business days from date of delivery for orders within Australia (or 14 business days International orders) for items to be returned back to our warehouse. 
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Personalised or custom-made items are not available for exchange or refund. 
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
  • We cannot refund or exchange bodysuits, and panties due to hygiene reason.
  • Exchange items, pre-orders, sale items and custom orders do not qualify for refunds. Cash refunds are not available for returns. 
  • If a faulty item happens to slip past our strict quality control measures, we will happily supply you a refund or a replacement item and cover the cost of return shipping.

    STORE CREDIT
    If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of an exchange or refund. Once items are returned a store credit will be issued via email for the exchange amount.

    We do not offer exchanges, store credits or refunds on sale items and customised orders. Please note that items purchased using a store credit can only be exchanged or another store credit issued. Items can not be returned for a full refund if purchased using a store credit. 

    Please allow 7 business days for a store credit or refund to be issued once your pieces arrive at our warehouse.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    We allow 14 business days from date of delivery for International orders for items to be returned back to our warehouse, for both refund and exchange requests.

    All items must be received in their original, unworn, unused condition with tags attached. Customised items are not available for exchange or refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
