At Homebodii we stand behind our products and value our customer satisfaction. Depending on reason for return, we can offer an exchange or refund within 7 business days of delivery. Items must be returned within this 7 day window at the customers expense.

Exchange

We at Homebodii understand that different styles suit different bodies. If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, we will gladly offer a size and/or style exchange. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. In order for the exchange to be processed, items must be received in their original, unworn, unused condition with tags attached. Customised items are not available for exchange or refund. We allow 14 business days from date of delivery (for both Australian and International orders) for items to be returned back to our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed.

All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the issued order number must be provided.

Refund

If a faulty item happens to slip past our strict quality control measures, we will happily supply you a refund or a replacement item and cover the cost of return shipping for the faulty item. We allow 7 business days from date of delivery for orders within Australia (or 14 business days International Orders) for items to be returned back to our warehouse. This ensures that the item is inspected and we can arrange your refund/exchange as soon as possible, where applicable.

Exchange items, pre orders, sale items and custom orders do not qualify for refunds.

Store Credit

If you would prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of an exchange or refund. Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Once items are returned a store credit will be issued via email for the exchange amount.

We do not offer exchanges, store credits or refunds on sale items.

Please allow 7 business days for a store credit or refund to be issued once your pieces arrive at our location

International Orders

All international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We allow 14 business days from date of delivery for International orders for items to be returned back to our warehouse, for both refund and exchange requests.

All items must be received in their original, unworn, unused condition with tags attached. Customised items are not available for exchange or refund.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Appointments

Homebodii is an online store, however we do offer a limited amount of exclusive appointments to view our range at our Gold Coast showroom. All our appointments are special and involve an exclusive one-on-one meeting with our stylist where your bridal party will have access to the styles in our showroom. Our showroom is closed to the public, so this is an exclusive showing just for you. Please Contact Us to arrange your special viewing.
