To request a return please Contact Us and request a ‘Returns Form’.

REFUND

Homebodii understands that in some situations a refund may be preferred. Please contact our stylist team to organise a refund where relevant.

  • We allow 7 business days from date of delivery for orders within Australia (or 14 business days International orders) for items to be returned back to our warehouse. 
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Personalised items are not available for exchange or refund. 
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.
  • We cannot refund or exchange bodysuits, and panties due to hygiene reason.
  • Sale items do not qualify for refunds. 

If a faulty item happens to slip past our strict quality control measures, we will happily supply you a refund or a replacement item and cover the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGE

Homebodii understands that different styles suit different body types. If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, our stylist team will happily help to find a size and/or style to suit you.

  • Items to be returned back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are not available for exchange or refund. 
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
