You may return your online purchase, provided it's in its original, unworn condition, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that this excludes gift cards, e-gift cards, special offers, final sale items, and personalised items. Hampers, bodysuits, lingerie including bras and knickers are also exempt from return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Items that have been previously exchanged will be eligible for store credit. How to process your return? We understand that there are times you need to return an item. You will be able to choose an exchange if you wish to change size or a full refund (the return shipping label will cost you a flat fee of $9.60) or a store credit to place an order in the future. We will not accept slippers with sole markings or scratches. Store credits - Valid for 12 months from date of issue. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale merchandise unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. All purchases on lingerie and jewellery are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for jewellery unless deemed faulty by our team.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied, we offer store credit for returns made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. However, some items such as personalized, customized products, and lingerie may not be eligible for return.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive and inspect it, we will issue store credit.

Please note that there is a $25.00 flat fee for the DHL return label that will be deducted from your order once received.
