Homebodii debuted their Lost In Love Collection at New York Fashion Week Thursday the 8th of September 2016. The show was held at Studio Pier 59, a regular venue for many shows during the iconic one week of events. The runway organisers Fashion Palette, alongside sponsors davroe and Alison Jade, ensured a successful showing of Homebodii's signature feminine and romantic aesthetic.
The lost in love collection was inspired by nights in white satin and delicate lace which is why homebodii's runway music of a mix between 'Night's in white satin' by the Moody Blues, and Drake's 'Hold On We're Going Home' was a perfect match. Old Hollywood and vintage glamour shone through Ingrid Bonnor's new collection and was widely praised and received by close to 400 attendees.
Homebodii's collection began with ivory lace body suits with blush pink belts.
All white rompers with a touch of blush looked delicate under printed robes, and lace and chiffon long robes.
Lace and beaded detail compliments the romantic old Hollywood feel of homebodii's Lost in Love Collection.
Floral print and flowing lace robes sent us back in time to dreamy summer nights in our favourite intimates and lingerie.
Dress styles consisted of plunging necklines and high lace collars.
Homebodii would like to wish a big thank you to Shut the Front Door for designing our model's floral headpieces for the show in darling blush, ivory, and cream. Sponsor devroe and their talented team made it possible to clip multiple pieces into the models hair in such a short window.
All models are getting ready wearing their own homebodii white satin robe.
