I’m Moana, and I got married in the beautiful Umbrian countryside in Italy. Lukas & I wanted our wedding to feel relaxed, elegant, and full of love; a weekend where everyone could slow down, have fun, and make memories together.

Turned our wedding into a whole weekend rather than just one day. Spending extra time with our family and friends made everything feel so much more meaningful, and it all flew by way too quickly!
The most unexpected part of the day was…
How calm we both felt. Everyone tells you you’ll be nervous, but once the day arrived, we were just so excited to marry each other and soak in every moment. Of course, the few minutes before the weekend started and walking down the aisle were nerve-wrecking;)
When I look back now, I feel…
So incredibly grateful. It was even better than we imagined, and the little imperfect moments are actually some of our favourite memories.
My advice to new brides…
Don’t stress over making everything perfect – no one else notices the tiny details you’re worrying about. Be present, spend time with your guests, and don’t forget to take a few quiet moments together as newlyweds. Those are the memories you’ll treasure most.
