A little bit about me…

I’m Bridgette! My husband Liam & I have been together for 12 years (high school sweethearts!) and got married in May this year. 

The most unexpected part of the day was…

For me, it was how confident I felt! I can be quite shy and quiet, but I felt so amazing for the entire day and was really able to be myself and enjoy every second. For Liam, it was my dress! It wasn’t what he expected but he absolutely loved it.

When I look back on the day now I feel…

Just so much joy! Everything went so perfectly and I wish we could do it a million times more. I feel so grateful that we were surrounded by all the people we love and that we had such a dream team of vendors.

A word of advice to new brides would be...

Remember that marrying the person you love is the most important thing - everything else is just a bonus. Also, ask for help! Your bridal party is there to support you and your vendors have so much wisdom to share - you don’t have to do it alone.

I knew I wanted something a little bit extra, so I wore the Helena Robe! I absolutely love it and felt so special while getting ready. My bridesmaids all wore the Toni Long Sleeve with Shorts Pyjama set in Eggshell blue to match their bridesmaid
