At Home With Armarni Pinto

- Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got started in your career?
I'm a 22 year old creative who has always had a passion for fashion and love for being able to express myself in unique ways. Even as a young child, I knew I wanted to model, act and be in front of the camera. I got into content creation during lockdown which was really great as it happened really organically for me, I was able to work with brands that I loved and it meant I could combine my passion for not only modelling but also photography in a creative and safe space.

- What are your go-to at-home activities or rituals that help you unwind and relax?
I love nothing more than taking a hot bath at the end of a busy week and unwinding with a face mask and a good book.

- How do you find motivation and creativity for content?
It can definitely be hard to keep the creative aspects of taking content alive as social media is saturated with so many of the same style photos and/or concepts & trends. Lately I’ve been really busy so content days with other creators have been really great and helpful, I also love being able to bounce off ideas with others.

Could you share a special "at home" moment?
Everyday at my home is very special. My mum has grown up in this house and so have I. I have so many fond memories from learning how to ride a motorbike with my nan, to playing dress ups in my mums heels. I cherish being able to grow up with strong female figures like my nan and my mum in an all female household, it has made me the woman I am today.

 - What are some essential home products or self-care items that you can't live without?
I recently just purchased a 1.9L waterbottle (which is a little crazy) but I’m definitely one of those girls who has an emotional connection to her water bottle. I’m also in love with my singing bowl that I have which I use whenever I meditate.

- During challenging times, how do you maintain a positive mindset and keep your followers engaged?
During hard times I like to remind myself of how far I’ve come and how far I’m yet to go. Life isn’t meant to be perfect, there’s always going to be challenges and tests along the way but that’s what makes us human. I love being able to use social media to connect with people and am always true to myself which is what I think my followers would say.
