In Australia we have 3 shipping options available: 

  1.  FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING orders over 150.00
  2.  Flat rate shipping for 10.00 orders under 150.00
  3.  Express courier for 25.00

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please allow an additional 2 business days over the Christmas Period
  • WORLDWIDE FLAT RATE 20.00 for orders under $150.00.
  • Delivery is via FedEx Express 
  •  3-4 Business Day delivery.
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Full tracking from dispatch to arrival. 
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

SHIPPING FAQ's

Who do we ship with?

Please note all our domestic orders are set out via Fastway or Australia Post requiring signature on delivery. To guarantee efficient delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm.
If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post or Fastway will leave a card which will assist you to arrange re-delivery. A "No-Signature" option is available upon request. We ship daily and full tracking details are emailed to you upon dispatch.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship internationally via DHL or FedEX for a fast and reliable service. We offer flat rate 20.00 shipping on all international orders.   Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery by shipping daily and providing full tracking details upon dispatch. We do not however take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

Free Shipping over $150

The shipping promotion is valid only on homebodi.com online purchases over $150 AUD. Homebodii is not responsible to cover return freight costs for change-of-mind purchases. Faulty items will be replaced with same items purchased and for items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered. Homebodii will pay all freight charges on faulty items.

Sale Items

There is no refund for sale items. Items purchased of an incorrect size will be exchanged however Homebodii is not responsible for return freight costs.
