I sent emails but had no response. It has been weeks and I am very sad not to have received my order or any sense of a refund.

Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay and frustration you have experienced.
Unfortunately, we have recently had an issue with our AI email system that resulted in some email conversations being incorrectly closed. We sincerely apologise that your messages were affected and that you did not receive the responses you deserved.
Please see the attached screenshots, which show that your original parcel was damaged in transit due to a truck fire while with the courier. While this situation was completely outside of your control, we understand how disappointing and upsetting it must have been to be left waiting for your order without clear communication from us.
As soon as we confirmed the issue, we arranged a replacement pair, which was sent today via Express Post.
We are truly sorry that this has taken weeks to resolve and that our previous emails did not reach you. We completely understand your disappointment and appreciate your patience throughout this process.
